At 20 and preparing to graduate, I've made it my mission to support women through eating disorder recovery with compassion, clarity, and care. My lived experience with bulimia fuels my belief that healing is possible—and that everyone deserves to feel at home in their body.
I combine evidence-based practices with a warm, judgment-free approach, creating a safe space to rebuild trust with food, your body, and yourself. As a certified Pilates instructor, I also help clients reconnect with movement in a balanced, supportive way.
My purpose is to be the understanding, steady presence I once needed—someone who meets you exactly where you are.
